General Information and Summaries
In this litter, my first, two dogs were titled: Ch Lorahame’s Midnight Rambler CDX Sch I and Ch Margo’s Roc ‘n Roll Bunny CD.
My attempt to produce a litter linebred on Am/Can Ch. Star de la Baraque de Planches. The two pups I felt had excellent show potential met with tragedy. Spitfire’s Caleb at Coaltree was poisoned in his backyard at age 14 months. He was major pointed with a BOB win over a BISS Winner. Spitfire’s Chi Omega was stolen out of her owner’s backyard the week after she was shown at the 1981 BSCA National Specialty.
Resulted in Ch Spitfire’s Dark Crystal and Ch Spitfire’s Damion. Pedigree concentrated on a combination of descendants of Ch. Laralee's Rebel Roc o Lorahame CDX Sch I and Ch. Laralee's Personality CDX Sch I AD. These dogs were first cousins. Rocket's Sire, Ch. Laralee's Rebel was a littermate to Kelly's Sire, Am/UKC Ch. Laralee's Traveller who was imported to England as a young dog.
Sired by a Specialty Sweeps Winner, Ch. Van Mell's Trademark and the 1981 BSCA Specialty BOS Winner, Ch Coaltree's Texas Spitfire CD AD (Scooter) Produced a single pup, Spitfire's Emett Kelly. Emme
Was a joint effort with Diann Stedman using her girl: Ch Spitfire’s Dark Crystal and my male, Oliver. Unfortunately, I have only been able to track those pups that I sold and the entire litter did not use my kennel prefix.
An accidental breeding between Father and his Daughter "Flo." Could not believe this – Flo bred on approximately the 5th day of her cycle. "Uno" lives in Florida with Susan and Lucian Williams who also owned "Prince" a male from my "B" litter.
