This dog is GUARANTEED as follows:
To be healthy for the first forty-eight (48) hours after date of sale/transfer. It is recommended that buyer(s) have dog examined by a reputable veterinarian during that time period. Puppy will have been examined by a veterinarian prior to delivery. . Extension times can be individually discussed. To be of sound temperament for two (2) weeks after date of sale. At the age of two (2) years to be free of Hip/Elbow Dysplasia. Hip and Elbow X-rays should be done between 24 and 36 months of age or, no later than 48 months, and must be done before breeding. Hip guarantee will be void if dog is raised on a slick surface. That dog’s eyes will be free of Genetic Ophthalmic abnormalities and to pass CERF guidelines. To be free of seizuring if determined to be epileptic in nature. Seizuring caused by chemical contaminants or head injuries would not be covered. To be free of show disqualifying or serious faults except those due to injury or neglect after sale. To be fertile and free of hereditary defects that would affect dog’s suitability for breeding.
Warranty & Replacement Terms:
A full refund will be given for any dog returned in good condition during the first forty-eight to two weeks after sale. Will be replaced if matures at less than the represented quality at two years provided this dog has not produced a litter or been bred before being OFA (Hip & Elbow) Certified and having eyes CERF’d. If matured at less than represented quality, dog will be replaced if neutered and papers returned or neutered and placed in another home. In the event of a serious health problem with dog, a veterinarian’s statement regarding the condition of dog is requested. Owners are welcome to contact me for information regarding health maintenance issues. Monthly HW preventatives that contain systemic insecticides are discouraged as well as other systemic insecticides.

Buyer Agrees:
1. To use the Kennel name Spitfire in the registered name of the dog if it has not already been individually registered.
2. If buyer decides to sell dog at a later date, Seller will have first option to buy back dog at no more than the original price.
3. No puppies produced by this dog will be sold to pet shops, wholesalers or brokers.
